Feature

  • Dialogue setting screen: Follow the instructions on the screen to calibrate the program and start the operation.

  • Magazine-style material change: After the material is processed, it can be directly pulled out and then put into the blank material to shorten the material change time.

  • Flexible change of the feeding tray: The feeding tray and the feeding car only need to change the material plate when the workpiece is different, and the customer's material can be changed flexibly. (The tray size is provided for customers to change by themselves)

  • Safety protection: The machine can be equipped with optional safety shields and CE specifications to reduce work hazards.

  • Minimum width: The rear width is only 1100mm wider when combined with the processing machine, and the space is minimized.

  • Built-in automatic door (optional automatic door): The feeder has a built-in automatic door, and the processing machine does not need to be equipped with an additional automatic door. The waterproof strip after combination prevents water droplets from leaking out.

  • Quick installation: Only electrical wiring, mechanical parameter setting, and position calibration are required to start operation.
